set in the 1880's, this psl would revolve around an aging outlaw and one of the younger women being brought into an isolated town by the ever-growing railroad system. he is an outlaw and is on the run, hiding out in the small town while he can. since he obviously can't stay in one place forever, this psl would be temporary, but depending on how it goes i would be open to doing a similar, long-term line.
an undead apocalypse line. details can be hashed out later, but i would love to write a character forced to survive in a dangerous world with someone else, not knowing if there is any hope for them out there or if there are any other survivors, etc etc. i would prefer a male/female pairing.
prohibition era 1920's. i don't have any specific details but i love that decade and doing a line set in chicago or detroit would be fantastic.
a mail-order bride, taking place in just about any era. i'd love it if it were something sweet, like a shy guy and an aggressive bride, but i don't have any details set in stone yet so the characters are totally up for discussion.
a woman gets pregnant and doesn't know who the father is. one of the candidates is incredibly in love with the idea of being a father, but may or may not be so hot on the mother. they step into the roles of possibly being parents, with pressure from the other potential baby daddies and the chance that the baby may not even be the father's. i would like to take this to a community.
a big ass family, like 8 or more kids, with the possibility of setting up like the brady bunch, with four kids from one parent, four kids from another, and then more after the marriage. i would prefer to play the father. i would also like to take this line to a community.
a spoiled, tenacious mafia underling has the chance to impress his boss and be considered for a spot in their elite "upper-management" group by ordering (and completing) a hit on a girl. he fails and must finish the job himself before his mistake has been noticed. while he tries to get close to ensure that no more mistakes will be made - as her death is very important to his family - he gets feelings for her, putting his career in jeopardy. i would prefer to play the male. if a mafia game opens up, then i would love to take this line to a community.
a man who speaks little to no english falls in love with an american girl (or vice-versa). they would have to overcome a long-distance relationship, disapproving families, and the cultural and language barriers. i'd consider taking this line to a community if the other writer was interested.
an older man gets engaged to a woman who is just barley older than his own children. the line would begin with the beginning of the engagement preferably, and include some of the wedding planning and the awkwardness of the news settling in with their families. i would like to take this line to a community, preferably faux-celeb.
teen pregnancy and a shotgun engagement. i'd like to explore the elements of being pressured into a future together and how they cope with not only the hardships of teen marriage, but the pregnancy and future baby as well.
a trip to vegas gone wrong: two best friends gone to party and come home married. not only are they not looking for a relationship together, but they have other priorities (significant others, children, baby mama/daddies, and so on). regardless, they attempt to make the relationship work as long as they can keep up the charade. |
